Alas, not a pleasure cruise, but delivering to the rigger for repairs aloft. A1a. Yes I have seen bike parts as lawn gear, although very rarely. One memorable one I *think* was some form of junk yard, which had a 'fence' built of welded bike frames. It may have been a gate, I did not stop to inquire.

I've seen chainrings welded for window/door decorations, and I think Tomcat Bikes in Portland had made something out of old rims. But those aren't quite yard decorations. A friend who lives nearby has a couple of rims hanging from their window planter holders. One day I want to make a yard sculpture out of a wheel, and have it light up when it spins. One day.. #BikeNite

Back when I lived in Austin, TX one of my neighbors had a bicycle with their mailbox mounted on top as the post to hold the box. I can't remember if the box itself was on the seat or the handlebars or how it worked, but it was just a full bicycle mounted upright at the edge of the lawn/road. #BikeNiteQ

Also permanently stuck next to a bench, that's another variant. I even saw someone on the local Buy Nothing claim a giveaway bike specifically because they planned to use it that way a few years ago. It made me kinda sad but it was a junker bike so at least it wasn't a big waste I guess? #BikeNite

Often it is a whole bike of a mid 20th cent design with a handlebar basket with flowers in it. Sometimes it's a wheel with things in the spokes or other bits and bobs. I sadly have no images to share. Oh, and this too: Go to these coordinates and see the many old bikes propped up as a mixed museum/art display. Coordinates: 40.75195° N, 75.19838° W. The pics I took of it a few years ago are missing. #BikeNite
