Often it is a whole bike of a mid 20th cent design with a handlebar basket with flowers in it. Sometimes it's a wheel with things in the spokes or other bits and bobs. I sadly have no images to share. Oh, and this too: Go to these coordinates and see the many old bikes propped up as a mixed museum/art display. Coordinates: 40.75195° N, 75.19838° W.
