I printed a prototype of the entire board, as a single piece... Sadly, I hadn't noticed that I fucked up the $fn setting and so the holes for the pins are undersized, and I can't install switches unless I drill them all out...
But, it does confirm that the layout is pretty damned good. Also, this model was entirely generated based on a json file from the zmk firmware creation tool. So, I can tweak it very easily.
Oh, and I also accidentally selected the HT-PLA-GF, which was wasteful. Oops.

I should probably experiment with using lower $fn values, but increasing the size of the holes instead to see if that will work well, because increasing the value with a full keyboard increases render time dramatically.
