There have been lots if "he's been like this forever, and it doesn't look like he's changed. This is bad" Heck, I even mention all of that in my conclusion in the original post. But the response here seems to be designed as a conversation ender, not a response that is furthering the conversation (I may be absolutely wrong here which is why I asked for clarification).
