Seen in an "opportunity knocks" $160k real estate listing. Lots of notable things missing.

Well they were not kidding about "flooring: none." Looks like someone was trying to add a basement to a building previously lacking one

@elithebearded@fed.qaz.red I've seen some listings like that up here in Canada... The only thing they're good for is practise for the local volunteer fire department. Let them burn the place down. then rebuild from the foundation if it doesn't crack/explode.
