Looks like someone was trying to add a basement to a building previously lacking one

Macintosh System 7 was released 35 years ago this week (13 May 1991), meaning it is younger today than FORTRAN was when it came out (IBM&#39;s specifications paper, at least, was 35 ½ years old, published 10 November 1954)

Driving home yesterday I got curious why I didn&#39;t see the weird pointing guy statue on I-280.
