  And here's your irregularly scheduled reminder to advise your friends and family about internet scams. I just received a message from "Government of Canada" telling me to download a file and check for my "child benefit and HST/GST Credit". There were several obvious errors that are probably meant to weed out folks who are still sharp enough to see them. #InfoSec #Scam #Scams

  @grumpybozo@toad.social I will say that the Meal-Team-Six types with their flack jackets and AR-15s tend not to be harassed by police when they’re demonstrating their fascist leanings in public. I mean, it’s probably professional courtesy extended to co-workers and all that… But left-leaning protesters could probably benefit from this lesson.

  So, just a reminder in time for vacation season. That cute little 10-room country inn that's a hundred years old, with beautiful gardens and free-range chickens in the yard? It's a nightmare to stay at. No insulation in the walls. Every footstep in every part of the house echos into your room. Every flush of a toilet in the middle of the night. Every sneeze and cough sounds like it's inside your room. In hot and humid weather, everything feels wet -- upholstery, bedding, towel...

They’ve distorted the housing market for decades now, slowly tightening the screws and making it increasingly unprofitable will bring balance back to the housing market without shocking the system and causing a crash.
