@tvaziri@mastodon.social I mean… at this rate it will not even be cheaper, it will just reduce the amount of people getting any “creative” input and get any money from it (assuming someone is going to actually see it). And even without AI, people were already complaining about producers’ “business”/statistic oriented decision making killing creativity, originality and authenticity in the name of, often unrealised, earnings. And then claiming it is because of CGI or some other scapegoat.

@tvaziri@mastodon.social ai ain't so bad, I think I'd enjoy one of these ai movies. For the privilege, I would pay a large amount of artificial money.

@tvaziri@mastodon.social this is very similar to my “discussions” with my husband and other people about “machine rearranging data” … they seem to think that their statements are perfect “bookends” to an argument… but they make me ask MORE QUESTIONS 😹 and yes, those statements aren’t satisfactory answers in any way!

@tvaziri@mastodon.social Kids got it right.. and as a fan of AI I can tell regardless if this is movies or software or whatever.. if AI is a tool to make people more creative, performant and leading their own competences at broader scale... then that's the true benefit of AI... but if all that crazy thinking that AI can replace everybody continues... more people will be pissed and more people will just manifest not giving a damn #AI
