@ike@pkm.social In the grand tradition of Seattle's weather, you just experienced Thundermageddon! I wonder if the news stations will all show pictures of the single lightning strike repeatedly on breaking news?

@AncTreat5358@lgbtqia.space I'm not going to 'rain' on Seattle's thundermageddon because I'm grateful, but I did grow up in the midwest where the thunderstorms are... different. As someone whose lived here for most of a decade, I can appreciate the excitement of a singular lightning strike, though. 😂
