Sigh. Literally everyone with an online presence wants 'affirmation' these days.
Usually it's somone like Royal Mail going "yay! We delivered your parcel. How did we do?!" To which the only real response is "well, you had this ONE job..."
Latest one from my GPs practice is weirder. "Thinking about your recent appointment at blah Surgery. How was your experience...?" I'm thinking, "well I'm still breathing, which is a good start. Oh and the doc told me I def don't have cancer, which was nice"
I mean WTF are these people after? And who actually reads the responses, many of which are likely to be sarcastic or silly?!

@bytebro@mastodonapp.uk Our GP has an online triage system you have to navigate to get an appointment. In principle it's s good idea but the question that gets me every time, 'What do you expect to get from this appointment?' Well, a cure would be nice or at least some reduction in symptoms.

We rarely rely to these but recently had to return a 'luminous' clock that wasn't. We got refund and then a request for a review. Wife replied explaining the issue including thanks for the refund. Her review was declined. All the published 'reviews' praised the brightness and visibility of the clockface.
