@stevegis_ssg@mas.to that's a good reminder. I usually try to thank the person for responding to the best of their ability and ask them to pass on feedback. But I have little confidence it goes anywhere. I wouldn't be surprised if it never gets forwarded at all. So I don't end up any less frustrated, and I wonder if there's something I'm missing.

@iris@neuromatch.social We're all doing our best in a late capitalist wasteland. I mean, *we* are. Not everyone is, and just being polite to the person you're talking to goes a long way.
