@stephanie@ottawa.place @zazzoo@mstdn.ca Yeah, I guess the smoke sank. I wondered whether to BBQ dinner, but that made the decision for me. I also wondered about the scale compared to the US one and tried to make sense of it last year, but didn't manage. I set the app to warn me if values reach 3 because I figured if it got any worse I'd be staying inside with the windows closed. This taught me that we regularly get to 3 in the winter due to (as far as I know) people heating their homes by burning wood. Sigh. Something local politicians could enact laws about but they also don't care. Sigh.
