This works in relatively small classes (≤ 20) and even if a fair bit more work for me, I'm happy/satisfied with the students learning - and so are students with their grade (and learning). I do make them write (as an assignment; satisfactory if any/whatever submission with all Qs answered) a self evaluation towards the end of the class, assessing pre and (almost) post course learning.

@SRDas@mastodon.online @belehaa@wandering.shop I would suggest that this *only* works in the rare classes that have 20 or fewer students, and in the days of AI, offers little protection against students who don't want to do the work themselves (with the work being outside of class).
