It’s apricot season in Santa Fe. Mine are few (relatively) in number, but huge and SO GOOD warm from the sun.
I’m trying to make apricot curd for the first time. Wish me luck or at least good learning

@trabern@mas.to we had bumper crops of apricots in Abq this year. Trees that don't normally produce went nuts too. I didn't know we had so many trees close to the house. Turned the "last" batch into apricot crumble a couple weeks ago. But then the neighbor brought us another gallon of them this week. No such thing as too many apricots. Good luck with your curd.
