It’s apricot season in Santa Fe. Mine are few (relatively) in number, but huge and SO GOOD warm from the sun. I’m trying to make apricot curd for the first time. Wish me luck or at least good learning

We love you Minnesota. I wish I could travel back in time and tell a distressed 14-year-old me that I would live to see a resistance movement of 55 year old women spontaneously singing the Purple Rain album and pastors on the street in the same non-violence drilled by MLK in -11 weather.
