To me, destashing is “let me recoup some of my sunk cost to free up space” If I’m having to dispose of someone else’s stash, that’s closer to “estate sale”, where I expect a bit more “pay what the market can bear” If I am a person running a business/dealer, then I shouldn’t be using the term destash, but marking up things vintage or out of print makes more sense. But that’s just me.
