@Gaolaitch@cupoftea.social sometimes I feel people need the opposite of empowerment… depowerment because they’re unable to execute truly balanced actions. It’s irrelevant that people can justify their own wrongdoing - it’s wholly biased and the point they miss is *they don’t get to decide*.
It’s hard to stop my mind spinning into the fatigue of ‘everyone’s at it, everyone’s out to cheat or get their bit and stuff anyone else’.

@Gaolaitch@cupoftea.social People don’t like shoplifters, but are okay with stealing from their own company. Genuinely, how does that work? It only works if you put the spin on it of ‘it’s different for me, I can take what I like to benefit myself’, by making themselves an exception to a rule they broadly agree with. None of this do unto others stuff, just lemme get mine and pull up the ladder, it’s everyone else who’s the wrong’un. TLDR: I don’t understand (some) people.
