@SquirrelwithaninvisibleW@mastodon.social I would describe that as a kind of moral injury. A bit of it we can withstand, but not a lot.

@Gaolaitch@cupoftea.social sometimes I feel people need the opposite of empowerment… depowerment because they’re unable to execute truly balanced actions. It’s irrelevant that people can justify their own wrongdoing - it’s wholly biased and the point they miss is *they don’t get to decide*. It’s hard to stop my mind spinning into the fatigue of ‘everyone’s at it, everyone’s out to cheat or get their bit and stuff anyone else’.
