@nemokamui@infosec.exchange Zucchini boats are the best way to get rid of them, if you plan on eating them. Split lengthwise, score them internally lengthwise, hit em with montreal steak seasoning or salt and pepper, throw under the broiler for like 20 minutes, or until the internal flesh has a nice golden brown crust, and enjoy. Some will add cheese and/or marinara sauce to the boats and turn then into a zucchini pizza. I just eat em with the seasoning, and they're fine.
