@airikr@mst-gts.airikr.me @PurpleJillybeans@kind.social configuring relays is only done by the Masto owner role (which the main admin would have).
the Relay settings page can't even be granted to other users/roles (though some other admin settings can be made available)
Does GTS allow any user to setup relays or does it require admin too? Relays can generate (and receive) a LOT of traffic so I can't imagine non-admins being given this ability.

@colinstu@birdbutt.com @PurpleJillybeans@kind.social Ok. But can Mastodon admins add new relay subscriptions and everything will work right away without any waiting? GTS requires an admin to add a relay subscription. The same for relay pushes.
