GTS requires an admin to add a relay subscription. The same for relay pushes.

@airikr@mst-gts.airikr.me @colinstu@birdbutt.com @PurpleJillybeans@kind.social If you subscribe to any of the relays listed here: https://relaylist.com/ that are *open*, they should self-approve immediately, so the time to start receiving relay posts would be very short (depending on how much activity is going through that relay). If you try and relay subscribe to fedi instances that have no notion of being a relay (I don't think Mastodon does) then it'll never get approved.
