@ChrisJagged@mastodon.social The Cradle series by Will Wight: https://www.goodreads.com/series/192821-cradle I kind of grudgingly read it at the time, and I didn't properly enjoy any except book 8. But now I find myself wanting to give it a re-read haha

@ChrisJagged@mastodon.social I hated the My Chemical Romance album "Danger Days" when it came out because it wasn't "Welcome to the Black Parade volume 2". A few years later I idly gave it another listen. God, what was I thinking? It's incredibly good.
