@jamesoff@mastodon.jamesoff.net That's super interesting, thank you. When I read articles like this, I always feel they are from a developer perspective. I feel there is a gap between release and launch that often doesn't get written about. Topics such as: "How is this communicated to the marketing team” "Who is doing the various types of communications and documentation” "Who is managing the launch, and how” etc…
