#Soccer / #futbol friends, ive looked in the laws of the game and didnt see an answer. If the keeper is partially in and out of the box and the ball may be in or out, what are the conditions that qualify it as a handball when the keeper handles it. I presume ball and keeper entirely out of the box, or both entirely in the box are clear, where does the threshold lie?
