    @Amgine@mamot.fr Good! The confidentiality clause benefited airlines (because they know the details of all complaints) but hurt passengers who couldn't reference past precedents in their claims. And the airline argument that they might fly unsafe planes to avoid paying out passengers was complete BS. If they can't operate safely then their licences to operate (at all) should be revoked. On a side note; which ad blocker is not working for you on CBC? I seem to have no problems using Ublock Origin Lite in Vivaldi
