Another motive in doing this is that it seems like koláč dough is pretty versatile, I bet there are other things one could make with it.
might also be fun to explore making Czech-style koláč. the TX form are a lot closer to danishes than the old-country form of the good, I think?

Some of those seams look bad but I really went at it to pinch everything together so yea idk good luck kolaches. It's not really the end of the world if a few split their seam and the dough is gonna fluff appreciably I think (I won't be shocked if the pan is filled)
