Some of those seams look bad but I really went at it to pinch everything together so yea idk good luck kolaches. It's not really the end of the world if a few split their seam and the dough is gonna fluff appreciably I think (I won't be shocked if the pan is filled)

hmm well after the time the recipe calls for, the texture has set pretty well but they aren't browned even a little bit. now we enter the most dangerous game: "I guess I'll bake it a little longer and see"
