@tonymottaz@social.lol Everyone's path is a bit different, so expect to try a few things before you find what works best for you. If you aren't very fit, I'd recommend starting off walking a 10K, to see how you feel after that. If you feel fine after that, add in some running; 1 minute slow run, 2 (or more) minutes walk for the duration. Then increase the running time - while keeping the walk time until you feel they're not necessary. Then, ta-da, you've run a 10K. Let #Running know your progress!
