Last week's #recipes:
Wife is traveling so I've been making mostly link-less kid favorites like ground beef tacos.

It was enjoyable.

My go to taco seasoning, probably based mostly on the name.

Last week's #recipes: Soccer eats our schedule, so we eat out more right now. ๐๐ป๐๐ป https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/sheet-pan-chicken-meatballs-and-charred-broccoli Such a flavor punch, that sauce ๐๐ป๐๐ป https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/samosa-dillas-with-cucumber-salad Err on the side of drying it out. If the potatoes are loose it's still delicious but a little hard to work with. I also made PLTs โ a standard BLT but with a seared heap of pastrami. I added avocado and after calling it a PLAT my daughter challenged me to make it a PLATYPUS next time.
