America is 250 years old today and, like many seniors, it shows signs of memory problems, has fallen victim to scammers, and is struggling just to stay alive.

@LoganFive@beige.party I have often thought that our nation suffers from mild cognitive impairment, though it has entered a later stage, unable to complete activities of daily living (ADLs) like being able to afford groceries, going to the doctor, not being able to be in the world because of ICE. In addition to hallucinations (election fraud, communists, climate change deniers).
