@ikuo1000@mas.to In this case, old school phone call reminder from a real person is far superior to new school automated email reminder + automated phone reminder. I always wondered what the check in person’s job was when we already checked in online, and they still have you show up 15 min early. Too many redundancies. Not efficient at all.

@huskify@mastodon.world Right?! Totally agree. Though I'd even MUCH prefer a RECORDED automated reminder over an interactive AI bot that muddles the "conversation"!!
