Okay, my friend and I were earlier chatting in the pub. I'm home now, and fed, thank you.
We somehow got onto talking about films, then Sean Connery films, and on and on about the ones we liked and the ones we didn't, and then at some point he went "You need to watch Zardoz!"

@bytebro@mastodonapp.uk It's definitely of it's time... a strange, almost psychedelic journey without any really rewarding conclusion. But I do think everyone should watch it at least once to make up their own mind. I've seen better Connery films (most of them) I've seen worse Connery films (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen)
