For gardeners who grow garlic, what vegetables have you successfully grown in the space after you pulled the garlic?

@redcrew@mstdn.social Because of timing, we typically follow with legumes. The garlic comes out just when the beans need to go in. We've also done hot weather peppers, and pretty much everything else -- except more alliums. We strictly limit alliums to one run per three years.
