In gardening news: I am still unhappy with the growth rate of anything in the raised beds. Tomatoes are coming in, but the plants themselves are weedy compared to the ones in the pots and grow bags. It's big fertilizing weekend, so that might help, but I think after 10 years, adding mushroom/home compost is not enough to amend the soil. They need more.

@paparatti@phire.place We had three hugelkultur beds and were pleased. Our master gardener thought it was the mushroom mycellia feeding the plant roots that was the trick. Could you perhaps find spent mushroom media or aged wood chips?
