Some of mask IDs at the top. The 1145 is probably the set or product ID, as it is the same for all visible masks.
I am not sure what the feature at the very top here is for.

There are three pads on this die which were not bonded out. These likely relate to the two other versions, R65C102 and R65C112, though I can't confirm that as I can't locate these parts anywhere on the market. I'd bet the only difference was in the metal routing.
