So on the one hand House Hunt is a fun app, I like the renovations and making the number go up, but on the other hand it’s radicalizing me even harder because what the hell do you mean a starter home is $900,000

@dramypsyd@ohai.social I can't even imagine someone affording something like that as their first house. I'm not really familiar with the US system but here that would require a 300,000 income and 180,000 deposit.
