ok Firefox maybe translating NS (referring to Nederlandse Spoorwegen) in a piece of German text to fucking Nazi is not the play
I can guess what happened, NS -> NSDAP -> Nazi but like. wow

I'm also not particularly happy that the block AI features option in Firefox also blocks translations afaik those aren't LLM based, it almost feels like malicious compliance - people asked for no AI, so they lose a really useful tool

@ic5146@meow.social If you look at German Wikipedia, NS seems to be usual term used to refer to Nazi things, so I find that understandable, if unfortunate
