Like presumably, if the local queer community didn't want immigrants from the US to come to their meetup, people from their group wouldn't have come to our group to invite us. Right? But I have such bad anxiety, and my brain is like "oh no, we're gonna be intruding and everyone's gonna be mad at meeeee".

This is how I am about every social interaction though, especially in Spanish, and if I start cancelling plans because of that, I will just be in my house all the time.
