Wind farms are built and designed to take into account lulls in wind activity.
You should stop being obtuse and just admit that nuclear has a problem.

@chris@socialbc.ca that’s the thing though, you’re saying nuclear has a problem based on information from an article that didn’t validate its sources, has confusing and disingenuous rhetoric, and ultimately doesn’t do its job to clearly present facts I’m saying that whatever issues nuclear might have as a technology, it wouldn’t be its water intake or inherent resiliency through a heat wave Water is a cycle, our rivers haven’t shown to be in danger, and the only reason they enacted their plan for these two reactors was to protect the environment (warmth of the river) based on arbitrary laws that may or may not have the perfect limits, but the reactors themselves would have been fine to keep operating
