@Ichinin@infosec.exchange have had a few recommendations: - riseup (https://riseup.net) - free (pay what you want model) but seems reputable, quick Wikipedia check shows they've been around a while. - ccrypto (https://vpn.ccrypto.org/) - €3/mo and seems simple enough. no app but its just wireguard so you can use the wireguard app or program on whatever platform.
