been forced to use #latex for an assignment. spent 1h20m just trying to get the template they&#39;ve given us and ACM referencing working. it is crazy how much better #typst is. i could have probably rewritten their template from scratch in like 20 minutes and i&#39;d get live updates without fiddling with vimtex for ages because typst-preview just works.

@GrapheneOS what does one do if one&#39;s phone keeps crashing with a kernel panic after rebooting and unlocking then waiting for a few minutes? i don&#39;t think i have enough time before the panic to extract logs and i would kind of like to use my phone again.
