That's because anyone can use the tools, and pick colors, and copy other people's ideas.
I could do it! But - it would suck. I'm not an *artist*. I'd be doing what they're doing - looking at prior art and faking it.
Being an artist is more than the tools. It's time spent and skill and talent.
