I want to update people on the saga of Uncle's durable medical supply company, doctor, and health insurance company all at best incompetently failing and at worst intentionally conspiring to deprive Uncle of the glucose sensors he needs to survive.

It took another two days after the end of the thread linked above before Uncle's doctor's office finally sent a new prescription for glucose sensors to the supply company. In the interim my uncle went to the CVS and tried to pick up the sensors from there, and he was unable to do so because CVS said the insurance company declined the claim CSV filed for them. So we were once again stuck waiting for the supply company to process and ship the order. 2/?
