person on the subway tonight. your dog is so smart, he knows where to get off on the subway. I do actually think he recognizes the audio announcement because he reacts to it but here's a really neat thing. I also can hear it and know if it my station. We also used trains before there were automated stop announcements. good thing my dog is so smart or I would still be wandering out on the street wondering which building I wanted to find! I am home even at my own place thanks to my dog!

@bmoore123@tweesecake.social Just in time for him to prepare your bedtime snack! It is not safe for blind people to use the stove. You know good thing we have dogs to do it for us.

  • @bmoore123@tweesecake.social So your subway has audible announcements and yet someone assumed that it was your dog who knew which stop to get off of? Unbelievable.

  • @bmoore123@tweesecake.social Does your dog cut your food for you too?

  • @bmoore123@tweesecake.social @DavidGoldfield@allovertheplace.ca That's appalling that the person thought your dog alerting you was the only way you knew about the audible stop announcements. My last guy dog did recognize audible announcements and every time he heard my stop he would jump up and the passengers always got a real kick out of it. One time the announcement didn't go off so he didn't jump up.

@bmoore123@tweesecake.social I would've said something like, of course he's smart. He gets it for me.

@bmoore123@tweesecake.social It's always thanks to the dog. lol I love my dog but I can get around without her, otherwise they wouldn't have given mne a dog in the first place.
