@kittyboy77@tech.lgbt @argentum@mas.to @BriBear@blahaj.zone @crazyeddie@mastodon.social honestly it’s straight up toxic and needs to be shut down. Many are trans fems that are anti-trans masc. Not all but there are plenty of them. I don’t feel like they need to be treated gently and have hand holding. Curious why you think so?

Trans women being toxic to trans men isn't the same thing as cis people being toxic to trans men, because the relative levels of privilege aren't the same. Direct confrontation tends to make the attitude worse, because of how the recipient is inclined to frame it. Call that hand holding if you want but I am more interested in building community than us turning on each other in exactly the way many outsiders want us to. IMO there are too few of us to be more divided and we all have our own problems to be dealing with. Very Online trans women are actually not in my top ten biggest problems
