You can block the large instances as protection just as much as they can block the marginalized.

@GeekmomK@infosec.exchange I do get why it was so hard to see it. It's one of the things we've been trying to say and not being heard on - one of the ways this place is not Twitter? There is no broadcast. You can't force people to hear you. People can and *will* tune you out liberally, willfully, and you won't have any way around it. There's no algorithm pushing engagement by forcing them to see it. It doesn't *matter* if someone I follow chooses to engage; I won't see it. The filters here *work*.
