@reflex@retrogaming.social No, I'm from the UK, and very happy to have escaped the utter racist bullshit there. Sweden's crap too, it's just way less crap than the US. These days, that's all anyone can hope for.

@janeishly@beige.party I think less depends entirely on who you are. Sweden has been putting migrants in camps, negotiating special agreements to not have to accept more, doing their best to avoid giving migrants court dates and rights, etc. They aren't as *loud* about their actions, but they are definitely on the far right on this and other issues. No, people aren't getting shot in the streets yet.
