Challenge of curation (2015-2035): This is the challenge of making best use of the limited capacity in the peer review system. The most important development is the transition from the traditional 'review, then publish' approach to 'publish, then review' approaches.

Growing interest in the publish-review-curate model illustrates this transition. It shows how dissemination of scientific knowledge can be accelerated, how peer review can be organized more efficiently and how curation can go beyond binary accept/reject decisions. @MetaROR@scicomm.xyz @eLife@fediscience.org
