@D_J_Nathanson@esq.social Yep, I'll find it. It came up last year when the Lift Our Kids Coalition was advocating for more funding for those in Deep Poverty. FYI, the governor does seem to have some power to cut off funds, even if they have been approved by the legislature. That was how some programs for children/food lost out. Yes, the legislature approved, but Healey was the one who made the suggestion. @lalonsander@chaos.social
