Or find a Bright Young Mind to FAFO for me. (I'm Old & Tired, & have enough Projects, dammit.)
But from the look of your rig, it seems not-easy to remove from the bike, & can be set to charge & forgotten about (for a while, at least), with more than a round-trip charge cycle, so that's already a huge improvement over what I've got. May turn about to be Good Enough until I find a way to break one or more of the parts.

@cavyherd@wandering.shop I usually charge mine once a week. With the 2A charger it only takes a few hours. I've done bench tests to see how long they last running continuously. They are very bright for the first 6-8 hours and then slowly dim over the next 24-48 hours. Something about the COB LEDs means they can keep on going when SMD LEDs in series with a resistor give up sooner.
